Why do we do this?
It is often reported in the media, and by some of the charitable organizations, that donations made by the public, are not received by the intended recipients. Some of the projects undertaken for repairs or reconstruction appear not to meet with satisfactory construction methods, or quality control standards. Even equipment, supplies and clothing donations do not arrive at the intended destinations.
It is for these reasons, that Generosity LLC was formed.
Generosity LLC will achieve the objective of ensuring that donations made by the public will actually be used for their intended purpose. Monetary donations will not be provided to charitable recipients, but rather Generosity LLC will guarantee the delivery of required and/or requested items. This will help eliminate the chance for misrepresentation of funds and temptation.
What we do
Generosity, LLC collects donations as a non-profit organisation for the needy. These contributions are distributed by means of material supplies or construction projects and not by offering monetary relief. This means that the funds donated are actually received by the intended charity and its controlled distribution allows for all the aspects, pertaining to quality controls and successful completion, to be achieved.
What we intend to achieve
Donations are received via the internet credit cards, check or cash. Each donor will choose and donate to a charity, offered by Generosity LLC in one of five categories as advertised on the web page.

A budget goal is set for the amount required to be raised for each category. This budget will include all costs and expenditures expected to achieve the charitable requirement through to its completion. Once the donations received, achieve the budgeted value for the intended project, the design, management and supplier or construction bids will be requested, adjudicated, then the approved bidder/supplier will be accepted.
The project then commences and is managed to successful completion. Interim payments are only made to the suppliers/contractors upon adherence to strict quality control procedures and successful achievement of progress target dates.
Continual progress will be monitored and reported back on the Generosity LLC web site.
